Reprogramming Codes
I am told there are a list of codes entered via the radio for reprogramming the remote keyless entry, disabling certain stereo features, etc.
Is there a list of these codes on-line ?

Im sure the owners manual will describe all those functions , if not your local Ford Dealer should be able to help . Its doubtful youll find any info here because the possibilitiy exists that someone with a stolen vehicle or its equpiment may be looking for the info you have asked for , Not saying thats the case with your question , but its always a possibility .

Thanks, I never thought about the stolen car issue. The owner's manual does not mention this, I'm told that the dealership will do this for you for $50. It seemed like a pretty simple thing to do, I'll just have to pay the dealer to do it.

The owners manual for your truck has all the instructions on how to add a door lock code, and alter some radio settings. To modify lock codes and features, you do need to know your original 5 digit code which came with the truck on a plastic card. The instructions are very easy to follow, good luck.

I found the instructions for the door lock code in my manual. What I did not find was how to reprogram the remote keyless entry. My battery died and after I had it replaced, the remotes no longer work.

Reprogramming Codes
According to the owner's guide, to reprogram transmitters, you have to place the key in the ignition ans switch from OFF to ON five times in rapid succession (within 10 seconds). After the doors lock/unlock, press any button on all transmitters (up to four). When completed, switch the ignition to OFF. All transmitters must be programmed at the same time. Good luck.
