99s have the fender badge.
00 and above 7.3L PSD have the door badge that is black with chrome lettering.
The new 6.0L is chrome with black lettering (I think). They don't, however, say 6.0L anywhere on them...

If you want to get the badges for your truck, just take a look around online or get a decal custom made. There are many sites online that make custom decals, I had some made for my bike. I was fairly cheap, also.
