HMMM,,,
need to look into this... the ole' beer belly is putting too much twist on the back...

it's tough to walk sometimes and get tired really easily when fighting it... almost like I'm holding my breath it hurts so much....

then other days I can do whatever needs to be done !!!

I guess too many years of rode hard and put up wet

Whoa there ironman ...my shoulder pops out occasionally, and it gives me quite a jolt of pain. I always put it in myself, but it's not an easy feeling looking for a socket and wincing in pain. I don't know how you do it to your neck.

I had an uncle who fell off of his big rig, and cranked his back pretty bad. He actually takes his camper out to AZ from NJ to get acupuncture and swears by it. That has to be 2500 miles at least I guess.
