Well, I haven't been postin much lately, so I guess I'll fill you guys in on my school plans... for those of you that don't already know.....

No more K-State for me..... nope, not my cup of beer, I mean, tea

I'm goin to Johnson County Community College where I'm studying to get my Automotive Technology degree (only an associates, but as my dad says "its a piece of paper, and that's all that matters). It should be fun, and after I'm done with that two year program, I may go to UTI.... So, I'm here in KC for another year.... yay

Good luck to ya man!!! Are you going to get any ASE cert. with your associate?? Once you get done and get UTI under your belt you will look REAL good to an employer. If your not dead set on UTI, you might want to check out Laramie Wyo. Tech. They crank out just as good tech's as UTI but they cram it into 9 months. I didn't school there but that is where I took my ASE cert., they have an awesome facility. But then again UTI has Factory Specialty classes for the major atuo manufacturers. Just a thought.

My step dad graduated from there with his associates, one tip, when it's time for the grad ceremony, don't park in the parking garage. It's like a mile and a half walk, park by the gym, it may be a long walk but it's not near as long as the other.

JCCC is just as good as any big state college, and you can even take state course here at JCCC. I love living in Johnson County... Gl with school learn as much as you can. Knowledge is power....
