Arrow Propane Powered Engine questions

I have a 390 in my 71 ford that runs on propane and I it has been running strong for over 10 years. I have a 351W out of a 89 crown victoia cop car. That is going into my 1964 F100. I want to rebuild it and put it on propane but I want it to have alot of power. I know you can up the compression ratio but I don't know exactly how far I can up it. I want to either put 12:1 pistons in or 10:1 with twin turbos. I don't know wich one will work better. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Thanks

Depending on how fast you can afford to go, you might need even more squeeze!
