Will it fit?
Will the EFI assy off of a "94" 5.0 (F150) fit on a GT40 5.8 ? I was thinking the deck hight would be different, making the manifold too small. New, larger injectors would be needed as well as a larger throtle body I would think.

It won't work. You need a 351 manifold because the 351 is bigger than the 302. Depending on the horsepower of the motor you are building, 19 pound injectors might be fine (I believe they are good for right around 300 horsepower). Far as I know, the throttle bodies on 351 and 302 F150's are the same size.
