Rear Axle Ratio
The driver door label on my 95' Explorer indicates an axle code "D4". Does anyone know what my gear ratio is for the ring and pinion gears?
I have a chart that shows the shift points for my automatic transmission, but the speeds are shown for different axle ratios, so I don't know which one to compare to. Thanks,
