96' towing 5k
Tow rating on a 96/v-6/4x4 shows to be 5600lbs. Anyone done this or close to this much? Seems like abit much for an Explorer, but......I will be making a 700 mile trip in May with about 5k gross weight in tow. Have trailer brakes, tranny cooler, and a hitch that is rated above 5k.
