Talking

My cat does some cool tricks. She loves to play catch. You throw the ball and she brings it back. if you dont want to throw the ball she throws it herself, catches it and brings it back. She also knows when I'm depressed and jumps up in my arms and puts her paws and her head on my shoulder and purrs like a 300cid. She is always at the door waiting for me when I get home.

My Siamese that was with me for 22 years, loved to play "pup dog". I'd come in and ask if she wanted to play pup dog and she would immediately meow a yes, watch my hands and get ready to run. She'd run and fetch whatever I tossed and come "trotting" back...just like a dog, drop it at my feet and get ready to run after it again. She also understood more than most people would believe. One day I told her that she had never brought me any mice....and within the hour, she brought in 3 baby mice. The only time I ever let her out was when I could be there to watch over her, so she didn't have much opportunity to actually bring me a mouse until that day. No wonder the house was so mouse free...and I lived next to some big fields..a mouse paradise. Some people say cats only say "Meow". She had a huge vocabulary of different sounds she would speak. I think I actually started recognising certain sounds, because I'd ask her if "that" was what she wanted...and she'd get excited and answer in a different cat word.

Yeah yeah... I'm cat crazy. I don't care if ya believe I could talk with her or not. That's just going to have to be between me and her...God rest her little soul. She will be in my memory and heart until I die.

I'm with you guys! My cats all have these weird personalities. It is mostly becauseof the way we talk to them. They are such happy cats and talk back all the time. They are our children!

Dandylion plays fetch but she has to be on the stairs. YOu sit at the top and she will go halfway up and you take your hand and motion down and tell her to "get down dandy" and she flattens out. You then tell her you can see her ears and she lays her head flat. you then let the tennis ball roll down the stairs and she gets it brings it back and repeats.
She also loves the air hockey table. She tries to get the puck and if someone scores she slides to teh end peers over the end of the table and tries to grab the puck.
She is also a stalker. She hides under the recliner and waits for someone to walk by and then she creeps out grabs you and then pulls herself back under so we do not see her.
kewl cat. She is only 6 months old.

You guys must have enjoyed "Meet the Parents" for it's scenes with the cat (those of you who saw the movie).

Ya, that movie was GREAT! Just watched it 3 days ago actually. Jinxy is hilarious. Especially when it goes pee in the ashes. I LOVE how big it's eyes were!
