I am looking for a double shift boot for a 93-94 Ranger and I cant seam to find one in the Local South Texas yards. Does any one know a good source besides going to the dealer for this part.
94 Rangers came standard with electric transfer cases. If you wanted to save $100, you could delete it when ordering and have a manual transfer case. Most paid the mere $100 (S-10's were like $250 and it was an option); this is why they are hard to find.
If you can accept used, try car-part.com.

Yeah I know a Buddy of mine has a 94 with a manual Shift tranny and case. I have been building my Explorer and I have been using manual Trannys and T-cases. So I need a another. I am thinking of just makeing one with the Other one I have as a pattern.
Morning Kris,
You can give the local salvage yard I use here a call. They have several 93-94 rangers in the yard. Maybe they have one of those laying around. Fair prices there. I got a complete console from a 2000 Explorer there for my 02 Ranger XLT for 60 bucks.
