It means either:
EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts
Or
EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts
Depends on which test you were looking at, the KOEO and KOER were for the 1st option...and the 2nd was for the continuous memory (CM).

I'm thinking this might be an airbag code. The "Check Engine" light would flash the codes, but you have to initiate that test manually. The airbag light will flash every time you turn the truck on. I have no idea what the code 32 means for airbag...
