air Intake
I have a 99 F250 build date 8/98 I would like to know the a good intake at a fair price for this motor. I see some brands that only work with 99.5 motors. Also what is a cat back exhaust and will it help performance. Does this mean from the convert all the way back only?

Ditto. Get the Tymar air intake system.
A cat back exhaust system replces everything from the catalytic converter back. It should help performance and fuel mileage and give you a better sounding exhaust. If you can, get a turbo back exhaust system, which also replaces the turbo downpipe.
