How To Return Your Truck
This is not easy for me, as I am a die hard Ford guy. When I bought my truck, I LOVED IT! It really exceeded my expectations in a truck. The problems started coming right away, though. Vibration, clunking when shifting, unrepairable alignment problem, throttle delay, computer breakdown, uneven body, and on and on and on..... Seriously. I have taken my truck in four times now; each time after my list of problems was longer than I could tolerate. My list is longer now than ever.
I am honestly happy for all of you that are problem free, but some of us have a real sour taste in our mouths right now from this truck.
Here's the information I have found so far. It is the way to contact the Ford dispute settlement board. If anyone has any more info that could help this process, please post it.
