chest size?

get your mind out of the gutter...

just wondering, those of you who lift weights, do alot of bench pressing...

im 21, 6'1" 200 pounds, about 10% body fat. just measured my chest size for the first time ever, i wish i had done it a year ago for comparison/ or measurements in gain.

my chest seems to be 43 inches, is that pretty good????

and my biceps are around 15" at the biggest part when flexed.

are these pretty decent measurements? could i pass for a bouncer?

the bouncer thing is kind of a joke but ive had people tell me i should try out for it... might be a decent deal at the "gentlemens club" 3 blocks from my house- they got alot of pretty ladies dancing there

I'm 6'0" and only 150. I'm skinny but cut. I've had people tell me I should be a bouncer. All you have to do is beat the living crap out of someone on your first day at the job. Then you get respected...or something like that. About the size comparison...you're a hell of a lot buffer than I am.

my freshman year i had 17" biceps, i havn't worked out in 4 years, now i'm down to 15.5". I never realized how much i actually buffed up that year.

I was 5'9 245 then now i'm at 240. Seems like when i want to loose weight i gain it and get skinny.

I am 20, 5'8" at about 175-180lbs. About 9-10% bodyfat, been lifting since I was 15 off and on, but i was my smallest size ever last spring, after a year off at the gym I started back 2 months ago. In 2 months I completely changed, big difference. I am now benching about 265 max but I usually work with around 185-200.

These are all while flexing...

Chest, 46" (I have big lats)...
waist - wear 32" pants but have a real 34" waist...
Bicepts are at 15 1/2 bent and flexed...13 1/2 relaxed at my side.
17" neck.

I would throw up a before/after picture of my change in the last 2 months, but I can't put pics up here.

6'5" 245 lbs
51" chest
19" bicep

I'm fairly lean, I don't know what body fat % I am, but I'm fairly cut. Max. press 405lbs. I don't know how much I can curl never maxed (it hurts my back to go to heavy) but I do sets with 70lbs bells.

10 yrs ago as a senior in High School I was 160 with about 10% body fat but the rest of me was puny too.
now...

5'10"
330 lbs with the bulge focused in the middle
54" chest last time I checked
19.5" bicep flexed (coincidentally the same as my neck)
and Like another member here I am also asked if I played football in school, but nope I was an aqua-jock (swimming and water polo)

we sure did lose a lot of horses the 4 years I played ----- (sorry bad joke)

BTW - I am in shape too - Round is a shape!

I couldn't imagine doing 405 on a bench press. The most I have ever tried for is 265. I would like to be in the 300 area in a couple months. My growth has been very dramatic over the last 2 months...its very pleasing/motivating.

I've never taken measurements but I'm pretty strong, my friends say stubborn, for my size.
-Just over 5'7"
-170-175 lbs
-fit 30"-32" jeans (depends on style)

The new addition to the family has taken alot of time away from my mountain biking and weight training. Currently I'm benching 240 lbs (6 reps), squat 370 lbs (4 reps) and a deadlift of 490 lbs (3 reps).

At my peak when I was 20-24 yrs old I could bench 330 lbs for 2.......man I wish I had the time to get my bench to that level again.
