Help ! 96 Explorer Idle problems

So the tps and pcv didn't solve the problem they just lessened it. What I did is pulled the vacuum hose off of the pressure regulator and eureka! Fuel started pouring out of the vacuum hose! I never suspected the pressure regulator to be the culprit because I just replaced it sometime last year. Long story short, the diaphragm collapsed and the regulator failed. Replaced it, only took about twenty minutes and all the problems went away. Reran the scanner on it and it passed every time. 111 code
