new towing mirrors ???
hey guys, i have a 99 psd sd
i have the stock 'paddle' type mirrors on there now and just bought the new
'04 psd FX4 towing mirrors with turn signals, running lights and heated glass.
? is, my current mirrors are power only, could anyone provide some info on how I could wire up the running lights and turn signals to work on these new mirrors, ford said they dont make a conversion kit, so i will be doing some wiring/rigging of my own----anyone done this mod or have ideas would be appreciated.

I also repalced my "little" mirrors. I am pretty sure you can tap into all the turn signals and other crap to get them to work. It was to much work for me so I just got the new ones without the lights.
i am sure some PRO on this site can help.

yeah I am hoping someone who has either done this or could point me in right direction of tapping into parking/running lights and turn signals would be great, screw the heated mirrror part---Im in florida mannn,lol
