Newbie Question
Just got me a 2000 EX PSD Limited. I've wanted one of these for 4 years, but couldn't work the financials out... got one now & now selling my much loved & well used '85 3/4 Ton Suburban (219k miles). I'm very happy to have this new toy, but there are a few things that are bothering me like the bump under the drivers left foot (found the solution here).
The other thing is the aftermarket LCD... it now worky, and I can't find the manuals for it on the web so if anyone has a Flexvision LCM-641-TV, please pipe up... I've tried a few different radio freqs & I get no video.
The other thing that I've seen on this forum is frequent reference to Rancho shocks... my toy has 80k on it & I'm figuring the factory shocks are going down hill, so can someone tell me why the excitement with the Rancho's?
Next question is that a lot of the rubber bushings under my truck seems quite worn... are there poly kits out there to replace most of these?

yes, there are poly replacement bushings out there... let me see if I can find the link...
I have the Rancho 9000's that are 9 way adjustable and LOVE them !
others have touted the RSX's too if you don't want/need the adjustables...
others have like the Bilsteins (sic!?!)
ANYTHING is better thatn the marginal stock shocks - know some that changed them out at about 2K miles....
does yours have a real sway bar ?
if not - best bang for the buck @ about $175 installed --- ordered mine from JC WHitney...
