Speed sensor on a4ld?

Speed sensor on a4ld?
Hey guys, we've got a '92 aerostar with a 3.0, and the A4LD, the speedo is flakin, and we can't find a speed sensor in the trans, is it in the diff? Does it also control the ABS?
