Question Grille

Hey Guys! I have a F150 Lariat SCab Black/Black. I didn't get the two-tone paint and my grille is tan – Does anyone know what a chrome or aluminum grille would look like – Not a billet grille, but a regular hunny comb – Thanks a lot!

curious - that's also what I am planning. My Lariat is black with chrome and I am thinking chrome the main honeycomb and then install chromed honeycomb in the lower cavern with some driving lights.

Who ever does theirs first has to share pics...deal?

This one goes right over the honeycomb grill and installs in under 5 minutes...it may be for sale next week when I put in custom one...

good looking both of you, southern and kritter!!!

But I really want to stick with the honeycomb. I think it would be unique if chromed - sort of custom and stock at the same time

Do a search on Ebay for "2004 F150" There is a company that offers a honeycomb grill piece for the lower grill. They are asking $59. It is black to match what is there now.

Thanks BigPlayrayr!!! I've wanted a black insert for that GAP since I bought the truck.

Just search for "Grille Accent Piece" on eBay and it will take you right to it.

Just got the GAP piece and it looks good but then I stood back and said "I paid $60 for THAT?" Its a nice touch but probably costs them less than $5 to make....maybe if it was metal it would be worth more, but right now they are WAY overpriced.

I received my GAP piece that I bought off of a dealer on eBay and it arrived broken. The thin box it was shipped in had been bent/folded in 2 places and the grill was brooke in those 2 places.

I shipped it back and he is going to send me out another and file a claim with UPS. I hope UPS reimburses my return shipping fee.

Street Scenes has the honey comb grills in brushed, black and stainless. You can get the bottom to fit the factory opening or use there aftermarket valance and then the part for it. I would check some of the vendors in this forum they probably have or can get it and may even give you a discount for being a member.....

Grille

I'm looking for a "Black Bar" grille like the FX4/XL(at least I think they are the same). I have an XLT and I just like the way the black bars look. I looked on ebay this morning but nothing on there. Anyone here have one they took off and want to sell or have any idea where to buy one?

As for getting a bar grille, you can buy a new one from Torrie AT FordsPartsNetwork.com (email).
