I have a red 04/04 F250 CC sport edition that someone in pismo (oceano dunes) decided needed a ding in the frount bumper. It is about 1/4 inch ding(the metal is acutally not dented) that is all the way to the metal. It looks like someone in a quad rode too close to the truck and nicked it.
What is the best way to repair this. I dont want to see my wife out there with the nail polish!
Look at the before and after pics in the Paint Refinish album of my gallery and the thread I started about www.themav.biz
This is a local bud in the DFW area, but he tells me there are franchises all over the place...
I had a DEEP gash in the back door of my Ex and a bad scrap on my front bumper where I pusehed a street sign down in the parking lot...
He "basically" buffs it out with this special chemical that heats and rebonds the paint --- COULD NOT TELL I ever had an issue there !
Except that it looks BETTER than the rest of the truck
HIGHLY recomend this...
Just the repair up front was gonna cost me $400...
he did them all for less than $100... but that was a bro-in-law deal...
