Door Panels/Map Pockets

Hey everyone. I just finished putting mint condition door panels on my truck, and I just got some dark gray original Ford map pockets from a junk yard and put them on my truck too. My doors look 10x better than they used to! I will be posting new pictures in my gallery very soon (later today). I will add to this topic when I do post the pictures up!

I just took all the pictures of the inside of my truck. They're all in my gallery now....let me know how you like how my interior looks now! I just have to get a black pair of sunvisors and I'll be complete with my interior!

WOW!!!
If I didnt know better I would have thought that Ford had reproduced this truck and put it as a 2004 model. You have done a great job restoring it and I can not wait until my 1986 f150 4x4 looks as good as yours.

Great job restoring your truck! I am just wondering where you got the map pockets as I also have an '80 and they would finish off my truck just as well as they did yours. Thanks.

I found these too..

Yes! I put the same slightly newer map pockets on my 86 Bronco, and they are worlds better than the flat carpeted map pockets. They seem to be available on the 87-96 F-150's. I think the 87-91's tend to be the closest match in terms of style and color.

I just got a pair of dark gray sunvisors from a 1995 Lariat and put them in my truck, which now completed my interior. It's nice having a two-tone interior (dark gray/black). My seat is dark gray but the seat cover is black/dark gray. My sunvisors are dark gray, my dash mat is black with dark gray outlining, and my doors have black door panels with dark gray map pockets. Worked out very nicely! I will post some pictures later of my custom ceiling with my custom headliner! Also I will have to take some pictures of what's behind my bench seat (a 500w amp, 10" MTX subwoofer, a 1 farad capacitor, car alarm, and a storage bag).
