Anyone have the correct Ford part number for the 4" Rear Blocks for an F350 Crew Cab Short Box (156 inch). I am planning on lifting the rear of my 03 250. Already lifted the front 2". Thanks.

I am planning on doing the same thing. I just ordered a Donahoe Edge mini spring pak 2" leveling kit today. Can I buy the 4" blocks from the dealership? I have a 142" WB F250. Does this mean I should go with the 142" F350 part number?

That's correct. Order the part that corresponds to the wheelbase of your truck. They have tapered and non-tapered depending on wheelbase length to keep the driveline angles correct. There is also a shim kit ( p/n EOTZ-4A209-A ) for the longer wheelbases with a two-piece driveshaft that installs under the carrier bearing. The blocks are available from the dealer parts department. You should also have to replace the u-bolts with a longer u-bolt. I believe these are the part numbers for the u-bolts and nuts.

Took me about 15 minutes per side to replace the blocks. Torque the nuts to 185 lb-ft.
