Do The Gears In The Dana 60 Front Need To Match The Gears In The Dana 80 In The Rear

If you're talking about the gear ratio, yes they need to be the same. I never heard of an F250 with a Dana 80 rear but if that's what you have, the gears are different size physically but must be same numericly (ratio).
