While following a dump truck, a tire blew and nailed my grille. I just completed a frame off restoration three years ago, to have this happen. I was lucky enough last time to find a grille shell through a FTE member, it cost me dearly, but having the best is worth it! If anyone knows where I can get another one with a left insert, I would greatly appreciate some one dropping me a line on it.
I spent many months looking for FORD parts, so that I could say it was all ORIGINAL Ford parts.. I have used Dennis Carpenter in the past with success, however it is not NOS Ford...
Some of those aftermarket companies have original Ford tooling to press some of those metal parts. That would be close enough for me, but I'm not into OEM
i have a 1972 grill shell, two headlight bezels, and one passenger side grill insert. all are nos and in excellent shape. i have the nylon nuts also that are needed to hold screws in the gill assembly. i will sell these parts if anybody is interested. send me an email. PRyan1983@comcast.net
