i found a wrecking yard that can get me efi exhaust manifolds both for 400.00.
the dealer in my area sells new ones for 600.00 clifford sells a set of split headers for 300.00.
which headers are better stock or clifford

did you mean $400 or $40? EFI manifolds go for $40-$70. If you can't find them for that locally, get on ebay and check.
EFI manifolds are tough, cheap, will seal well, last a long time, and flow significantly better than a factory log manifold.
Headers are not as durable, but they offer more potential torque due to the long-tube design, and more potential top-end just because they flow so well. You should be able to get a header for under $200 from summitracing.com
i meant 400.00 and the yard has to go out on the hotline to find them /i live in tucumcari nm and finding used parts for anything more than ten years old is very diffulct.there are no yards for at least 180 miles west.110 mileseast.85 miles south.in other words tucumcari is bfe.
