Does Larger Exhaust help turbo stutter

Nope, but it does make the exhaust pitch lower. There's a huge difference in the sound of my truck with the 5" exhaust than when I had 4". To get rid of the flutter, you've got to restrict the flow enough to flatten out the pulses.
