spark plugs?

spark plugs?
after reading about how these fancy plugs help soooo much...i just figured i'd ask...do the expensive plugs really help? i need to change the plugs on my truck and was just wondering. i have the 5.4l with cold air intake and aftermarket exhaust...if that matters.

It has been my experience that the more expensive plugs do improve the engine's performance. The double platinums extend the life of the plug too.
Also, all depends on the brand and type you are considering...but for the most part they do improve performance and efficiency.
(This is all said as a Non-Scientific experience)
