Fluid amounts and types

I recently purchased a 2000 PSD F250, I have done one oil change on it so far and replaced the fuel filter. I was going to do the other fluids on the truck but I do not have the fluid weights or amounts. ( I know it is in the manual but when I got the truck he was missing the diesel suplement).

Any help would be great! I am looking to change

Tranny fluid (manual trans)
front and rear diffs
coolant

and anything else that people would recommend!

Shawn
