Water-Injection???
Tonight I was hanging out with a few of my friends when another guy from my school pulls up in his D*dge, which he is obsessed about. I hate to admit it but this is one very nice truck that I would not mind driving. Anywho, he was bragging about how he put in a water injection system on his engine. He claims now hes gotten a good bit more power out of it and jumped from 11 to 19 mpg. Hell, I didn't even know water injection was something you could do to an engine. Now my question is, would it be practical to do this to my 4.6l? I need better gas mileage, this stuff is killing my wallet. So if anyone has any ideas or has ever done it please let me know.

BTW he said he just went to an old junk yard and got it out of an old Chevy K20 and paid $60 for the whole system.
