Hey just found this board there is alot of good info here. looked through the archives and couldn't find anyone with my problem. I have a 93 bronco 351 and when I am driving and am giving it gas I get a buzzing sound from behind the dash on passenger side it sounds like a cross between a radio buzz and a leaf being stuck in the vent. But it is neither of those things Noise stops once I let off the gas and starts again when I get back on the throttle the more gas I give the louder it gets. noise is definately inside the cab behind dash does anyone have any ideas could it be some sort of relay that controls the throttle/fe? this is driving me insane. Thanks in advance for any help.
Maybe unsafe...but it wont be if you're on a good length of road. Get someone to stick their head under there as you cruise down the road and feel around with a flashlight. If you get lucky and the noise IS inside the cab...you just might find it. It might be as easy as a jittering glovebox or a shorted wire.
you maybe on to something with the bad radio ground i did notice the door speaker on that side had some static in it I will check it out thanks to all who replied.
