wiring harness!
Can anyone one tell me where i can get a wiring harness for a 1979 Ford F100? I have a 302. The reason is, is someone ripped my ignition out and alot more wires were cut and i dont know were they go so im going to have someone install it for me.

Hey i just installed that harness from centech very nice setup. I put it in a 73 f100 they made the harness to what i had dizzy and gauge wise.
it was quite easy to install everything is labeled to where it goes. It is made for a ford truck mid 60s and up to about 80. Little pricey but well worth it for me. hope this helps chuck

Thanks guys!! But its out of my ballpark. I dont have that much to spend. I guess ill have to get a old one out of a junker.
Do i need the whole stock wiring harness to fix my problem or just one piece?

I just installed the centech wiring harness on my 77 F-100 and man was it easy. The reason I did this is the old harness caught on fire and I was not about to go through that again. yes it is a little spendy but you get what you pay for and an old harness might just have someone elses problem.

Try getting a couple of harnesses and watch what you get so you can make one complete harness out of the two. Lay them out on a garage floor and take them apart. Find the best parts and make any splices you have to with solder and heatshrink tubing. Pull all of the connectors apart and clean the connections and solder the crimp connections. Clean up the wiring and use the black spiral cable wrap available at Wall Mart or Radio Shack. Bundle the wiring into system specific bundles for easy troubleshooting later.

Check out Auto Krafters from the sponsor area. They have 2 listed. One for main and one for sensors. They're not cheap, but have a look.

Replacement Wiring Harness Problem
Ok i bought a wiring harness from this guy for my engine (1979 302) But i doesnt look the same. I was wondering if anyone can send me a pic. of their wiring to match it to mine. And can anyone help me wire it up. ( tech support) I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!!

Help i need a Picture of wiring!
Hey i have a 79 f100 with a 302 and i was wondering i someone could send me a picture of there wiring of a on the drivers side wires and to the coil. And does a wire go from the coil to the ignition switch? Thanks!
