90 F-250 Tc

90 F-250 5.8 5-speed. Borg-Warner TC, but I'm curious as to which one and it's reputation. Just looking for any available information......

Trans is probably the ZF and t-case is probably the BW-1356. Other t-case choice would be the BW-1345, used mostly in the F150 and Bronco. My '92 F350 4x4 with 351 & C6 has the BW-1356. Both are part time aluminum case and chain drive. Likely not as strong as an NP205, but strong enough that Ford put the 1356 in 3/4 tons and 1 tons at least up to '97.
