Post Tire Pressure

I just purchased a 1995 F250 2WD Gas 5.8L Super Cab. I haved looked through the little Owners Manaul and can not find what the normal tire pressure should be. The tires have the maximum load at 80 psi on them, but nothing about normal unloaded pressure.

The stock tires are suppose to be 215/85/16, but the tires on the truck are 245/75/16 with an E load rating.

So what should the normal unloaded tire pressure be?

What should the tire presure be when pulling a car hauler with a total weigth of about 7000 lb? The hitch will have about 700+ lb on it based on the 10% rule.

Thanks in advance.
