F250 headlight problems

F250 headlight problems
Just bought a 2003 F250. Found out this evening it has headlight problems. Here's what I know. 1. Left front parking light burned out. 2. Right front daytime running light burned out. 3. Bright light indicator stays on regardless of bright or dim lights. 4. factory driving lights only come on when parking lights are selected. 5. Dim lights are not bright enough to drive by. Bright lights aren't that swell either.
ps I bought this from a reputable dealer who used a multipoint checklist & also did the State inspection on the truck. I believe I can get them to fix it but not certain.

I bet it was wrecked in the front, and hasn't worked right since. There is an awful lot of strange problems going on there.
If the dealer gives you any flack, stand your ground and demand to know where they got the sticker. Tell them you may have to talk to the state police(they regulate the inspection stations) and they may be more willing to fix it, or back out of the deal all together.
