third brake light
I need the wiring diagram or picture of the third brake light on a 1996 ford explorer with a washer for the rear window. My light does not work and I have replaced the ballast and don't understand exactly how this light works. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you still need the wiring diagram? I have a 95 Explorer diagram which should be the same. My light is doing the same thing. When I bang on it with my fist it comes on but doesn't come on next time I push the brake pedal.
