Brake light issue

Just recently my brake lights quit working but my third brake light still works. I've checked my fuses and bulbs and I replaced the brake light switch. Any suggestions?

Right, the two lower brake lights run through the turn signal switch, but the 3rd brake light doesn't. It comes directly off the brake pedal switch.
