I say ASAP, cuz I'm leaving town in 10 days. I need a new exhaust for:
'95 F150, 5L, ext. cab.
I don't want to break the bank here, wasn't planning on doing this now. I'd like to have some growl on takeoff, but I need the cab to be fairly quiet. And I would like the benefits of improved performance from a good system. I think a catback setup will be fine. I'd appreciate some feedback on what's good, that won't put too much of a dent in my wallet. I'm thinking $300 max for this. Less would be great. Also, suggestions for good online retailers would be very helpful. Would it be less expensive to just buy a muffler and have a shop bend pipe? FWIW, I live in the Nashville, TN area. Perhaps there are some local shops/retailers that get a thumbs-up? Thanks in advance for the help, guys.
