54 = ACT sensor circuit open / 81 = Air management 2 circuit failure / 82 =Air management 1 circuit failure / 84 = EGR vacuum solenoid circuit failure /
You should have the 2 lines connected to the Thottle Body port, they come from the vaccum tee in the middle of the phemium Intake, no vaccum means it won't run.

Dirty Intake, Clogged Air Filter, plugged vaccum hose (Dirt Daubers love those hoses, they stuff dead spiders in em) Dirty Thottle Body, leaking vaccum hoses, bad MAP sensor, Bad Knock Sensor... just simple little many things like this can screw your day up. Electronic Fuel Ejection requires every sensor to work, to be able to deliver the precise air to fuel ratio....thats why its important to pull the codes to find out what is wrong with your system. Your computer is called an ECM, its working if you can pull the codes, after you have repaired what needs to be repaired in the code order that you recieved the code, then you'll have to clear the code to get the rest to work properly, it takes 30 min to clear the codes from RAM, and 10 min of driving to input any other codes till you get the all clear code of 11.

You need to get your hoses correctly connected, and go from there.......without the hoses on the Throttle Body, its not going to run.

i fixed the hoses with some vaccume line i found in the shed.i learned that when i diconect the egr from the harness it did not cause it to run any different except it did try to stall when i step on the gas while driving...do you think that it could be the problem?

I don't know what all you have connected, but you need to get all the vaccum lines back in their proper places and the EGR will have to also be connected, but some like to have it disconnected some its really up to you, if it was me, I'll have all of it connected and all the sensor working with the Throttle Body cleaned if it was dirty with black soot, would also not run it without the Air Cleaner even tho you might not see it, but bugs and debre fro the road will get sucked into the engine causing more problems down the road. Get the other problems fix.
