Coolant leak...need help quick!

Lately ive noticed theres coolant leaking (dripping at a slow rate, but has picked up lately) from the bellhousing of my transmission. I was thinking maybe theres a leak somewhere and its running down the rear of the motor onto my tranny? I dont know. Im just wondering if anybody has had this problem, or if anyone knows whats wrong. Id really like to know as its starting to worry me. It seems kind of odd that it started leaking more once i hadnt started my truck in over a week. There was a small puddle under the truck also which i first noticed it from, than noticed it was dripping off the tranny. Also noticed the overfill tank had recently went lower than usual. Ive searched some of the old topics, and some of them said it might be the intake manifold gasket? I dont know but i sure hope not, dont really feel like taking that all apart right now and dont feel like dishing out money for a shop to fix it. So if anyone else has some ideas what it could be it would be greatly appreciated, thanx. Oh yea, and its a 91 F150 w the 302.

Oh and also for got to put, would that "Stop Leak" stuff or whatever its called help at all?

It might be a freeze plug at the back of the engine between the block and the transmission. It could also be most anywhere high and dripping back. I would take it somewhere and get a good pressure test done.

I dont recommend using stop leak unless its a dire emergency to get home. It just makes diagnosing the problem more difficult and can clog more than it fixes.
