Not in colliervile but close, the dealer there is the first one that worked on my truck, there not to sharp they replaced rear main seal took 3 days and when got truck back there was a vibration from the floor got under truck and looked they put transfer case skid plate on upside down,causing it to rub against transfer case which caused a terrible noise. The next day I checked the trans fluid and it was low,I couldnt find the new mercron fluid any where took it back to them asked them to top it off 2 quarts low and they put the regular mercron in the trans. I asked them you did put the new mercron in and they told me it was all the same, I asked to speak to service manager and he told me 2 quarts would not make a difference. I told him the owners manual says not to mix he said what do you want me to do , I said trans flush, he agreed but didnt like it. on my fuel mpgs he told me there is nothing wrong with your truck and I SAID SO IT IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO GET 9.0 MPG EMPTY, HE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR A BIG TRUCK. Then he told me they have had no problems with the 6.0 and while I was waiting on the trans service walked around lot and found 3 2003 6.0 trucks with ford buyback written on the window. cant stand a LIAR.

I did confront him but in a nice way, but that is the norm at most of the dealers that I have been to with the truck , they always say your the first problem we have had, what a lie and then the game begins. at all the dealers that i HAVE BEEN TO THERE IS NO OWNER JUST CORP. AMERICA,AND GENERAL MANAGER WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE AND KNOW WAY FOR YOUR VOICE TO BE HEARD.CAUSE FORD SURE DOESNT CARE.
