C6 Case ID numbers

Hello all, I have a 19xx C6 for a big block motor and need a case for a 351W to swap the internals over, How do I identify the case I have?? I know its for a big block as it has the Humped Bellhousing. I need to know what year it is so I can find another C6 Small Block case of the same years to swap over to.

Any Ideas? the trans I have I believe was from a late 70's to mid 80's 3/4 ton truck.

The internals are all the same. Make sure you get a case with the bosses for the neutral/ reverse switch if you need it for you're truck, some cases dont have them.
