Maintenance to 5.4L

i bought a used 1997 f150 with a 5.4 in it to drive everyday. it needs coolant flush (still has original in it, never has been flushed before), diff fluid change, trans flush, oil change. it also idels a little rough so i was thinking about puttin in new plugs, cleaning the MAF, new air filter and cleaning the injectors along with a new fuel filter. the truck has 74,200 miles on it and otherweise runs great. i am capable of doing all these things and have done some of them before. i was just wondering if anyone had any tips to help make them a little easier?? the coolant thing is a big deal cause of draining out the block. is there any way around that?? the trans and the rear diff i am going to have someone do it. atleast the trans anyway. its just to messy to do in the driveway.

May I suggest, since your doing the rearend fluid, to do the rear seals also. These will become an issue soon enough, might as well nip it now since your there.
