DLJ, I don't have the numbers off of that exact truck stock. Most of the 6.0L auto's make ~250 rwhp / 440rwtq stock. I don't have any V10 #'s at this moment, we are ordering a new V10 for testing. If someone in the Southern California area would like to come by and dyno, we would be happy to get some baseline #'s. Just let me know.

Where in SoCal. I am in Chino!!!!!! I have a V10...Alas it's a 1997 van, and I know you are looking for a newer F series....
We are in Ontario (60 & Grove). Yes, we would be interested in 99 and newer Superduty trucks, since that is our main interest. We do offer dyno runs for $45.00 if you're curious.
Where did you get those #'s ? All I could find was the 50% #.
For some reason, I cannot link to the page. However, here is another link, with the same test, its also in the paperwork when you get the whipple supercharger.
Engine torque is different from rwtq (rear wheel torque), same for hp figures. However, I have serious doubts about what some of the 6.0 guys claim. I have a guy at work with a 6.0, programmer, bigger intercooler, this doo-dad, that doo-dad. Claims his truck was dynoed at 715 rwtq and over 400 hp. Problem is, his truck doesn't back up his claims. Yeah, it is quick, no doubt about it but it isn't that fast. When a guy in a Hemi ram can dust you pretty easily, you know something is up. He may have all the numbers he claims, maybe it's the weight that is slowing him down. Yes, BTW, I can take him easily in my poor old supercharged V10.
I believe that there are Diesels out there that are modified pretty well and can probably beat a SC'd V10. I just haven't seen them personally.... Yet. Therefore, I stand by my earlier statement. I do not think a Diesel with a chip and an intake/exhaust, will beat a SC'd V10. The original question was a stock V10 with a charger vs. a stock 6.0 with a chip. Someone else threw in all the intakes, exhausts, all the extras.
I wonder how accurate those numbers are? Does anybody have a Whipple kit on their truck, with out any other mods? I'd like to see some independent dyno #'s.
