04 Ranger EDGE
Hi all. Im in the market for a new ranger. The current rebate is 3000 does anyone know if this will go up soon.? Hate to go buy one and it go up the next day.. Talking to the salesman he said the ranger isnt selling well and he want them to raise the rebate but he wasnt sure. The dakota has 5000 dollar rebate.

I know I may sound like a broken record to some on this issue, but that's like asking what the price of General Motors stock will be on August 5th, 2006. Every time I try to predict what Ford will do with rebates, I'm wrong. There's just no way of knowing ahead of time what Ford will do.

Jeff, which truck sells better.. the edge or xlt? resale values in 3-4 years? Blue book values dont mean much to me.. real world does..

I bought an 01 Edge last summer with 12,000 miles on it. I found out later that 01 was the only year you could get a reg cab with the 4.0. I like it. I like the basic stuff, no power windows, etc.
