Bore out until you hit water, that's the max! No just foolin. Been told if the engine is for street use, no funny gas or blower you can go down to .110" wall thickness. I'd want the maximum wall thickness for strength, ring control and cooling. Beware of core shift, some blocks are way off. If your going for inches go with a bigger standard bore block and add a stroker crank. Have the block sonic checked and maped. Good boring.
