I doubt it. Look at your states Lemon Laws. If you think you qualify for a LL case, you'd probably win a DSB, IMO. MN's LL would not help me much if I didn't have some kind of performance or safety issue. There are other things like total numbers of days in the shop that might work, though.
From what I've read, the DSB won't accept cases for the drone, loss off PI, loss of mileage, loss of tow/haul functionality, etc. Somehow ford gets by calling this stuff the new normal.
The service manager is trying to setup a meeting with a ford engineer to look at my truck. I am still waiting for it. According to ford, not the dealer, The tsb is supposed to fix it. Ford also admitted that an after market down pipe will also correct it, but ford would not do that for me.
