V8 302 Torque Specs
Hey guys, putting a new crank in Ford V8 302 5.0, but I need the torque specs for the connection rods. Can't seem to find them in the owner's manual.

EDIT: Need specs for the main caps too.

I am goiong from memory but I think the rods are 24 to 26 if you have 5/16 rod bolts and the mains I can't recall.

Main bolts 60-70ft/lbs

rods 19-24ft/lbs

crank balancer 70-90ft/lbs

flywheel bolts 75-85ft/lbs
