powerstroke trans.

this may sound dum,but I been looking for a 5 or 6 speed standard trans. to go into my truck. And a guy called me up that has one. But I am not sure if it will bolt up. Its out of a burnt,2001 Ford and was behing a powerstroke engine. Well I have a 1935 Ford 2 1/2 ton with a 460 EFI and 4 speed in it. Is the bellhousing bolt pattern the same,on the 460 and powerstroke the same. Thanks.

The pattern on the Powerstroke is different than that of the 460. It won't bolt up.
