sweet, glad that is straight now, thanks to everyone that replied, now, what muffler should I run? I know, kinda open ended right? I want loud but not annoyingly so. Any comments? thanks guys, Judd
I wouldn't recommend a straight thru design, trust me. Try the Flowmaster maybe, it has resonance baffles that kill the bad tones, while letting the good ones to come out. A straight thru, like my Aero/something/afterburner creates bad resonance at 55-65 mph, sounds like a Civic at times, not 415 cubic inches of rompin, stompin Ford modular V-10 power. There several sound clips from various people in the forum, do a search, you'll find them. Good luck, Ken
thanks guys, think I'm gonna try a FM40 with 3" IN and dual 2.5" OUT. Anyone running both pipes out in front of the pass. side rear tire? If that doesn't work probably just gonna split them and exit behind both tires. thanks guys, keep the comments coming, Judd...

See V10KLZZ71S gallery, if you haven't already. He's got the best design IMHO so far.
I have the FM40 with single in/dual out to 4" diameter x 16" long tips. It's too loud for me, even though everyone else "just loves it!"; but they don't have to sit in the cab going 75 down the interstate at 2700 RPMs with 4WD and six mud grips whining. Too loud.
True duals with the "H" pipe might be the best route. Soon as I get a weekday off (?????) I'm going to give that a try.
