I just installed a white gauge kit in my truck last night and I'm really glad I did. It looks great and I've never seen a 77 or any other early model ford with white gauges I'm sure show trucks and some of you guys have them But I really like them a lot. Will add Images to my Gallary after work check them out.
I got the kit on ebay you have to do the speedometer yourself but my truned out real nice better than the peaces I purchased.
Got the off ebay whitegaugeguy has them for most any model you could ask for.
email him and see if he has some just search for white gauges and you'll find his stuff he has an ebay store and everything just send him a message. He can get some for you or said he could.
hey guys, check out my gallery. whitegaugeguy did mine too.
see my post: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=252541
i actually sent him my cluster because he didn't carry diesel versions. it's all in the above post. personally, i thought my brothers in the diesel forum would've appreciated what i did for our model's, but no one seemed to care. nikbass, did you install colored bulbs? whitegaugeguy gave me some blue bulbs to thank me for using my cluster. the night look isn't as great as factory white gauges, but it's good enough. he even did some other guages for me, they are all in my gallery.
equium, thanks for that link! If I had a cool scene and the patience, I might try that! Maybe it's just me, but I don't think white gauge face kits are worth the 90 bucks that APC seems to think they are. I'm hoping to find one on eBay and I'll probably give that whitegaugeguy a buzz and see what he can do for me. Thanks for the help!
yeah, 90 bucks is high. there is some pride that goes along with doing it yourself. your gauges are pretty similar to the full size trucks of the same years. don't be afraid to peel your old OEM overlays off. here is his website: http://www.gt350mustang.com/wfg/wfg.html
he is really nice. i'n pretty confident he'll make you a free set if you send him your set. he offered to do my set in EL-GLOW reverse glow for 130 bucks but i just can't see spending that much.
